Digital Hearing Instrument Advances Digital hearing technology has changed the way we communicate with the world around us. Now, with the integration of Bluetooth® Using your Epoq digital hearing aid and Oticon's Epoq Streamer, you can wirelessly connect to your Bluetooth® enabled device like a cell phone, PC, MP3 music player and hear great quality sound in both ears. Devices can be connected as far away as 30 meters! Think of it as a tiny cordless headset. How does it work? Epoq's directional and noise management system helps you hear better in noisy situations. Sounds are more comforting and realistic. In July of this year, California law says it is against the law to use a cell phone in the car unless it is “hands free”. Digital hearing aids with wireless technology will help you be in compliance with the law and safer to boot.
Our Free Trial Program It’s important to experience how hearing devices can improve the quality of your life in real-world situations. We provide a free trial program so you may “test drive” your device at home, work, or while on vacation. Our comprehensive program includes a thorough evaluation to determine the nature and degree of your hearing loss; selection of those instruments that are most appropriate for you; fitting and follow up appointments for adjustments to ensure they are comfortable and you are knowledgeable in their use and care.
